Integral Business Services was started by Lesley Bailey in 2005, to offer consultancy services to business in general and Dentists in particular. Lesley Bailey has worked in business management all of her working life, including senior roles at Boots Healthcare Services and James Hull Associates. During her successful tenure with James Hull Associates, Lesley wrote a quality management system for the group that achieved ISO9000 accreditation. She became Operations Manager for James Hull Associates in 2002 assuming responsibility for marketing, quality assurance and training throughout the group, in addition to being directly responsible for the operational and financial performance of numerous practices. Lesley left the James Hull group in 2005 to set up Integral Business Services. Integral Business Services provides business development advice and support to dental and other clients in a wide range of areas.

Integral Business Services offers a different approach to other providers, avoiding the “off the peg, one size fits all” approach to business consultancy.
